HOME INSPECTION FAQ'S

What is a Home Inspection and what does it include ?

A Home Inspection is the process in which an Inspector checks the physical condition of a home for any major issues, minor problems and other defects before you (the buyer) makes a final decision on closing on the transaction. 

How long will my Home Inspection take and when will get get my report ?

A standard Home Inspection can take approximately 2.5-3hrs to complete and the report will be sent electronically to you within 12-24hrs of the inspection being completed.   

What tools do you use during the Home Inspection ?

*Thermal Camera 

* Moisture Meter

* Borescope

* GFCI/Outlet Tester

* Natural Gas Detector

* Drone for Aerial Footage

The Inspector, using specialized tools will take a visual look at the home's interior and exterior, including areas such as;

-Air Conditioning when temperature is above 18c
